Wacky Wednesday: Why “Better” and “Best” Should Be Deleted

Understatement: the business world is absolutely drowning in meaningless buzzwords.

At the top of the cringe list? “Better.” “Best.” “#1.” “Market Leader.”

Sound familiar?

That’s because every company on the planet uses them—and guess what?

Nobody believes a word of it. It’s empty, self-congratulatory nonsense that customers see right through. 😒👎

Saying you’re “better” is like shouting into a hurricane.

It’s arrogant, it’s vague, and honestly—it’s lazy.

What does “better” even mean? Cheaper? Faster? Prettier? Who knows!

It’s corporate fluff designed to mask a lack of real differentiation.

And “best”? Don’t even get me started.

Unless you’ve got an official trophy signed by the universe itself, maybe cool it with the superlatives. 🏆❌

Here’s a radical idea: erase those hollow words from your vocabulary.

Delete them. Burn the dictionary if you have to. 🔥📕

Instead, there’s one word that actually means something: ONLY.

Be the ONLY One who does what you do.

The ONLY ONE who solves that specific problem.

The ONLY ONE who makes customers feel truly understood.

That’s not bragging—that’s clarity.

That’s a real reason for someone to choose you.

Not because you claim to be “better,” but because you’re irreplaceable. 💎

Think about it: “We provide the best customer service” = eye-roll. 🥱

“We’re the ONLY company that offers 24/7 human support with no bots” = now you’re talking. 🎙️❤️

It’s time to stop competing and start owning.

Ditch the claptrap.

Stop telling people you’re the best—show them you’re the ONLY.

Happy Wacky Wednesday.

Go be uniquely, undeniably, magnificently ONLY. 😏✨
