Stop Letting AI šŸ¤– Do Your Leading

šŸš€ Audacious Moveā„¢ of the Week

Stop Letting AI šŸ¤– Do Your Leading

Bold Decisions Create Extraordinary Businesses.

I hope it helps you create yours.

šŸ¤– AI Is Everywhere. Your Leadership Better Be Too.

Leaders are falling in love with AI.

I get it.

It researches. Analyzes. Writes. Summarizes. Recommends.

It can make you ridiculously more productive.

I use it.

But there’s a dangerous line leaders are starting to cross.

They’re moving from using AI to help them lead to letting AI do their leading.

BIG mistake.

Leadership isn’t about producing answers faster.

Leadership is judgment.

Leadership is conviction.

Leadership is making the call when the answer isn’t obvious.

šŸ‘† Where the Hell Are Your Fingerprints?

I call it Fingerprint Leadershipā„¢.

Every organization has a handful of strategic imperatives that absolutely MUST happen if its Strategic Game Planā„¢ is going to succeed.

Extraordinary leaders personally own them.

Their fingerprints are all over them.

So if AI is writing your important employee communications…

Interpreting your strategy…

Recommending how you respond to customers…

And increasingly suggesting the decisions you should make…

I have one question:

Where the hell are YOUR fingerprints?

šŸ”„ AI Should Amplify Leadership. NEVER Replace It.

Use AI aggressively.

Use it to find information.

Expose patterns.

Challenge assumptions.

Discover Reward Signalsā„¢.

Explore alternatives.

But don’t outsource your judgment.

Don’t outsource your conviction.

Don’t outsource your voice.

AI can give you options.

YOU make the call.

Because your people don’t need perfectly manufactured leadership.

They need to know what YOU believe.

Why YOU believe it.

And what YOU intend to do about it.

That’s where trust comes from.

šŸš€ The Audacious Moveā„¢

Look at how you’re using AI and ask yourself:

ā€œIs AI helping me lead—or quietly starting to lead for me?ā€

Give AI the research.

Give it the data.

Give it the grunt work.

Let it challenge you.

Let it make you smarter.

But keep the judgment.

Keep the conviction.

Keep your voice.

Give AI the grunt work.

Keep your fingerprints on the leadership.

That’s Fingerprint Leadershipā„¢ in the AI age.

COPYING. CAPS. GROWTH.

šŸš€ Audacious Moveā„¢ of the Week

COPYING. CAPS. GROWTH.

Scaling a business to $1 BILLION requires more than copying proven growth strategies—it demands differentiation, customer loyalty, top-line growth and relentless execution.

šŸš€ $1 BILLION isn’t a bigger version of what you have today

Scaling a business to $1 BILLION isn’t about following the traditional growth playbook harder.

More customers. More products. More people. More technology. More AI.

That’s more.

It isn’t necessarily different.

If you want to create extraordinary growth, you need to make choices your competitors aren’t making.

You don’t scale to $1 BILLION by becoming more like everyone else. You scale by becoming impossible to compare.

šŸŽÆ Stop trying to be better. Be The ONLY Oneā„¢

Most businesses are obsessed with being better.

Better quality. Better service. Better technology. Better prices.

The problem?

Everyone says the same thing.

The real strategic question is: What are you The ONLY Oneā„¢ at?

What unique value do you deliver to the customers you have chosen to serve that no competitor can credibly claim?

That’s differentiation.

Not a slogan.

Not a marketing claim.

A strategic position that gives people a compelling reason to choose you.

Stop trying to be better.

Become incomparable.

šŸ’° Growth starts at the top line

You can’t cost-cut your way to $1 BILLION.

Yes, operational efficiency matters. Waste matters. Productivity matters.

But sustainable growth comes from creating more revenue, not endlessly squeezing expenses.

Choose the customers you intend to serve.

Discover what they CRAVE, not simply what they need.

Deliver unique value that satisfies those cravings.

Then DAZZLE them so they stay, buy more and tell others.
Retention is the secret sauce.

Customer acquisition gets attention.

Customer loyalty builds businesses.

šŸ¤– Strategy first. AI second.

The AI stampede is underway.

Businesses are racing to adopt AI because everyone else is.
Wrong move.

AI is not a competitive advantage.

If every competitor has access to essentially the same technology, AI alone can’t make you The ONLY Oneā„¢.

AI optimizes the common.

Strategy creates the uncommon.

Get your strategy straight first.

WHO will you serve?

WHAT do they crave?

HOW will you compete and win?

Then—and only then—decide where AI can accelerate execution.

Technology should serve your strategy. Never let it define it.

šŸ”„ The $1 BILLION path is yours to create

There is no textbook formula for scaling to $1 BILLION.

And copying what successful organizations have already done merely produces another version of them.

Create your own path.

Differentiate relentlessly.

Grow the top line.

Build customer loyalty.

Use AI to strengthen execution.

And above all, execute.

Because Execution Is Your Strategic Learning System.

Execute. Learn. Adjust.

That’s how extraordinary businesses are built.

One Audacious Moveā„¢ at a time.

AI. CAN’T. DIFFERENTIATE.

šŸš€ Audacious Moveā„¢ of the Week

AI. CAN’T. DIFFERENTIATE.

AI can help businesses move faster, create more content and become more efficient, but it can’t give you what matters most for growth: a unique competitive position that makes you The ONLY Oneā„¢ in the market.

AI šŸ¤– may be making everyone smarter—but what if it also makes everyone sound the same?

That is the danger hiding inside the promise.

Give millions of people access to the same astonishing technology. Let them ask similar questions, draw from the same vast pool of knowledge and receive increasingly polished answers. The result may not be a world of original thinkers.

It may be the most intelligent, articulate and indistinguishable herd we’ve ever created.

AI could make sameness faster, smarter and harder to detect.

And that makes Standing Alone more important than ever.

šŸŽÆ AI Loves Patterns. DiFFERENT Breaks Them.

AI is brilliant at finding patterns.

It learns from what has already been written, created, tried and discovered.

It recognizes what normally happens and produces remarkably useful answers from it.

But BE DiFFERENT has never been about what normally happens.

It’s about breaking away from the expected.

Doing what the herd isn’t doing.

Creating something people haven’t seen before.

Standing Alone.

That’s where your advantage over AI begins.

šŸ”„ The Herd Just Got Smarter

I’ve spent decades warning organizations about the Herd of Samenessā„¢.

Businesses copy competitors.

Leaders adopt Best Practices.

Organizations benchmark themselves against others and then wonder why customers can’t tell them apart.

AI could make this problem worse.

Much worse.

Because now the herd has an incredibly powerful tool helping it become better at what the herd already does.

Sameness just got smarter.

That should scare the hell out of you.

šŸ’„ Your Weirdness Just Became More Valuable

AI doesn’t have your life.

It hasn’t experienced your failures.

It hasn’t made your mistakes.

It hasn’t dealt with your customers, fought your battles or made the crazy decision everyone opposed that somehow worked.

Those experiences have created something uniquely yours.

Your judgement.

Your instincts.

Your convictions.

Your weirdness.

Don’t polish those things away because AI gives you something that sounds better.

Double down on them.

Because as AI makes conventional thinking easier to produce, unconventional thinking becomes more valuable.

šŸš€ The Audacious Moveā„¢

Don’t compete with AI at being smart.

You’ll lose.

And don’t blindly accept what it gives you.

You’ll disappear into the herd.

Instead, use AI—and then have the courage to walk away from the predictable answer.

Take the unexpected path.

Say what nobody else is saying.

Do what doesn’t fit the pattern.

Stand Alone.

Because the more AI makes it possible for everyone to think alike, the more valuable it becomes to think differently.

AI can master the pattern.

You can break it.

Now that’s an Audacious Move.
