It’s usually someone else’s definition—a consultant’s, a professor’s, or some outdated business model that doesn’t apply to today’s fast-paced, chaotic environment.

I’ve been in the trenches. I’ve led a startup to $1 BILLION in sales.

▪️Target: Who do you intend to serve?.
Focus on a specific high revenue potential customer group and mine it.
▪️Differentiate: How will you win? Be THE ONLY ONE who does what you do.
Execution is the Ultimate Competitive Advantage
Here’s the hard truth: Most companies fail at execution.
They get bogged down in endless planning, meetings, and revisions.
Meanwhile, the winners are out there getting it done.
The 4 Keys to Flawless Execution:
▪️Focus on Critical Imperatives: Strip your strategy down to the most essential actions.
▪️Line of Sight: Every team member must know exactly how they contribute to the big picture.
▪️A “Clean Inside”: Your internal systems must align with customer expectations. No bottlenecks, no excuses.
▪️The Right People: Hire “Human Being Lovers”—people who are passionate about creating jaw-dropping customer experiences.
People Make or Break Execution
Let’s be clear: Execution is about people.
