However, in practice, “inclusivity” often morphs into an exclusionary dogma.

Dissenting opinions are not just dismissed but demonized.

Those who question or challenge the prevailing narrative—whether on gender, race, politics, or culture—are swiftly labeled as bigots, regressive, or worse.

They are shunned, canceled, and silenced in the name of “progress.” 🤐

This isn’t inclusivity; it’s ideological conformity masquerading as virtue.

The movement that claims to fight for a “bigger table” often builds higher walls around it, ensuring only like-minded individuals have a seat.

The result? A culture where fear of saying the wrong thing stifles genuine dialogue, and where performative wokeness replaces meaningful engagement. 🧱

True inclusivity should encourage debate, not suppress it.

It should make room for disagreement without resorting to character assassination.

When movements that pride themselves on being open-hearted become closed-minded, they undermine their own credibility and betray their foundational principles. 😒
