Here’s how to create one:

▪️Define What the Organization Wants: Understand the organization’s strategic imperatives, culture, and values.
Let these guide your process.
▪️Match with Your Skills and Experience: Align your unique skills, competencies, and experience with the organization’s needs.
And if you don’t possess them, go get them!
▪️Example:
“Roy is the ONLY coach and advisor who offers The ONLY Statement as a practical and proven tool to create a competitive advantage for organizations and individuals.”

Your ONLY Statement should be a clear, concise reflection of how you uniquely contribute to the organization’s success.
