What you say makes sound common sense however, we have to remember, “1% of the population employ 99% of the population” and we need to get more graduates and MBAs into SMEs. Hopefully, the recession will prompt some of the university talent to look beyond the corporate world and realise the real potential there is for them in small and private businesses.
